BACCHUS aus BADEN 'Diabetic', Organic DRY

Very interesting white wine from the cultivation area Baden in Germany. Bacchus, a new blend of German white grapes, a cross-breeding of Silvaner, Riesling and Müller-Thurgau grapes.

The bouquet is rather restrained, but in the mouth it develops strong currant flavour. This dry organic wine, according to its low sourness is very agreeable and corresponds to the regulations of a DIABETIC wine. One additional point of interest it is clean and due to the grape/cluster sort non acid-stressed.
