LOXTON Cabernet Sauvignon $11.00 by Anna Roberts Date Added: Friday 16 July, 2010 OPpned this up with the expectation of something marvellous. What can I say? One word ... Ribena. Very sweet, which is a shame as the the structure of this wine doesn't actually depend on the presence of alcohol (as with alkie-based wines) and the bouquet from the first glass was really rather good. Chop out the sugar for a drier approach and this will be a good one. Rating: [2 of 5 Stars!]
